• Tony Blauer: How to Manage Fear & Survive Violence | SPEAR System
    Oct 23 2026

Fear is inevitable. How you respond to it can change everything.

Tony Blauer, world-renowned self-defense expert, founder of Blauer Tactical Systems, and creator of the SPEAR System, joins the Peace, Power & Purpose Podcast for an unfiltered conversation about fear management, surviving violence, resilience, and overcoming adversity.

With nearly 50 years of experience in personal safety and self-defense, Tony has influenced how military special operations personnel, law enforcement officers, first responders, and civilians prepare for real-world violence.

Tony’s journey began at just 12 years old, when a violent encounter changed the course of his life forever.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • The SPEAR System: How our body’s natural protective responses can become powerful tools for survival.
    • The Psychology of Fear: Why understanding fear is more important than simply learning how to fight.
    • Detect, Defuse, Defend: The three critical phases of recognizing threats, de-escalating danger, and protecting yourself.
    • The Reality of Violence: Why even highly trained fighters, police officers, and military personnel can hesitate under pressure.
    • Betrayal and Adversity: The devastating events of 2010 that forced Tony to rebuild his business and redefine his future.
    • Resilience and Purpose: Turning life’s most difficult experiences into opportunities for growth and transformation.

This conversation goes far beyond martial arts and physical self-defense.

It’s about confronting fear, navigating betrayal, overcoming adversity, and refusing to let life’s darkest moments define who you become.

No smoke and mirrors. Just real conversations about fear, resilience, and purpose.

  • 5 Years Sober | My Journey of Faith, Recovery & Finding Purpose
    Oct 10 2026

Five years sober. October 2021 marked the beginning of a journey that would change my life in ways I never imagined.

In this solo episode of the Peace • Power • & Purpose Podcast, I share my personal journey through sobriety, alcohol recovery, faith, and finding purpose.

I reflect on the last five years, the lessons I’ve learned, the struggles I’ve faced, and the role Jesus Christ has played in my life. I also talk about how my sobriety eventually led me to start this podcast and why sharing these conversations matters so much to me.

Sobriety doesn’t mean life suddenly becomes easy. There are still difficult days, losses, challenges, and moments when you question everything. But there’s also gratitude, growth, and the opportunity to become a better man.

If you’re struggling with alcohol, working toward sobriety, or supporting someone through addiction recovery, I hope my story encourages you to keep moving forward.

  • The Cost of Saying “I’m Fine” | Dr. Dorothy Novitskie on Trauma, Faith & Healing
    Oct 8 2026

What happens when someone gets so good at functioning that nobody realizes they’re falling apart?

Dr. Dorothy Novitskie, a clinical and forensic psychologist, joins Steve Morris on the Peace • Power • & Purpose Podcast for an honest conversation about trauma, PTSD, mental health, resilience, Christian faith, and healing.

For police officers, military veterans, first responders, and men who have spent years being told to stay strong, the words “I’m fine” can become a way of hiding emotional pain, unresolved trauma, and struggles that nobody else can see.

But what happens when that pain begins affecting your marriage, your children, your career, and your sense of identity?

In this episode, Steve and Dr. Novitskie explore:

    • How trauma affects the brain and nervous system
    • PTSD and mental health challenges in law enforcement
    • Why men and first responders often suppress emotional distress
    • The difference between resilience and emotional suppression
    • How unresolved trauma affects marriage, parenting, and relationships
    • Anger, isolation, shame, and losing your sense of identity
    • Why seeking professional help is a sign of strength
    • How to recognize when therapy may be necessary
    • Christian faith and evidence-based psychological treatment
    • Forgiveness, reconciliation, boundaries, and grace
    • Breaking the stigma surrounding mental health
    • Healing from childhood trauma and finding purpose after adversity

One of the most powerful moments in the conversation comes when Dr. Novitskie shares something a law enforcement officer once told her:

    “I don’t know who I am anymore. I don’t recognize myself.”

For many people, the greatest struggle isn’t surviving what happened to them. It’s recognizing how those experiences have changed who they’ve become.

This conversation challenges the idea that strength means being unaffected by adversity. Real resilience requires recognizing when something has affected you and being willing to address it.

Whether you’re a police officer, veteran, first responder, spouse, parent, or someone carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, this episode is for you.

Your past may have shaped you, but it doesn’t have to define your future.

  • Marine Raider Prime Hall: Permission to Heal | PTSD, Faith & Life After MARSOC
    Oct 1 2026

Former Marine Raider Prime Hall joins the Peace, Power, & Purpose Podcast for a deeply personal conversation about PTSD, faith, fatherhood, childhood wounds, identity, healing, alcohol, and life after MARSOC.

Prime spent nearly a decade in Marine Special Operations Command before transitioning into entrepreneurship, human performance, and a deeper journey of personal healing.

In this episode, Prime and Steve Morris talk about what happens when the mission ends, how men can use alcohol and toughness to mask pain, rebuilding fractured relationships, becoming a better father, confronting childhood wounds, emotional resilience, and finding God through difficult seasons.

Prime also shares the philosophy behind Deep End Fitness and his new book, Permission to Heal: Rebuilding Strength for Warriors, Athletes, and High Performers.

At the heart of the conversation is one question:

What did Prime Hall have to unlearn in order to become the man he is now?

This is a conversation about more than military service. It’s about learning how to stop surviving and start healing.

  • Life After the Secret Service: Losing Identity & Finding Christ | John Constantine
    Sep 17 2026

What happens when the mission ends, the identity you built your life around disappears, and you’re left asking who you are without it?

John Constantine is a retired U.S. Secret Service agent who spent most of his career serving on the Counter Assault Team (CAT). But some of the hardest battles of his life came after the career was over.

In this episode of the Peace • Power • & Purpose Podcast, John opens up about his years in the U.S. Secret Service, life on the Counter Assault Team, and the difficult transition that followed retirement.

John shares what it was like losing the identity, brotherhood, mission, and sense of purpose that came with the job—and how that struggle affected his marriage and his life.

But this conversation ultimately becomes a story about Jesus Christ.

John talks about his search for something more, his journey toward faith, and the realization that what he had been searching for was Christ.

    We talk about:

    • Life inside the U.S. Secret Service and Counter Assault Team
• What happens when a career becomes your identity
• The struggle of transitioning out of law enforcement
• Marriage, purpose, brotherhood, and identity
• Searching for meaning after the mission ends
• Finding faith and surrendering to Christ
• Building an identity rooted in something greater than a career

This episode is about more than the Secret Service.

It’s about what happens when everything you used to define yourself is stripped away—and where you turn when you realize your career was never meant to be your identity.

If you’re a veteran, law enforcement officer, first responder, or any man struggling with identity, transition, faith, or purpose, this conversation is for you.

“For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it.” — Matthew 16:25 (KJV)
