Chris Thompson is one of the UK's most prolific distance runners for over 25 years. Every Monday, we will bring 45 mins of high energy entertainment with a community spirit. An inclusive, unintimidating experience where people will learn from each other, helping understand quirks and developing coping mechanisms for all levels. On a Thursday we have The Shakeout where we answer audience questions. Each week Paula and Chris will discuss many different aspects of running from nutrition to hydration from motivation to training tips, all based around a running community. They will address the anxieties and uncertainties we all feel surrounding running. Paula and Chris will bring you some of the biggest names that also want to be part of their running community.
