    • (00:00) - Intro
    • (01:05) - Introduction to Advanced Thyroid Cancers
    • (10:36) - Understanding Advanced DTC
    • (21:13) - Overview of ATC
    • (33:03) - Understanding MTC
    • (44:15) - Conclusions

Advanced thyroid cancers pose unique diagnostic and treatment challenges, particularly because many clinicians encounter few cases in practice. This 60-minute CME lecture will provide a concise update on the management of differentiated, anaplastic, and medullary thyroid cancers (DTC, ATC, MTC), with a focus on emerging evidence, guideline-directed care, and personalized treatment strategies. Our faculty will review the role of molecular testing and biomarkers in treatment selection, discuss current systemic therapies, and address practical approaches to monitoring and managing treatment-related adverse events (AEs) to optimize patient outcomes.

    • (00:00) - Welcome and Introduction
    • (05:54) - B Cell Targets in Lupus
    • (07:58) - Targeting BAFF
    • (11:55) - Dual Targeting APRIL and BAFF
    • (15:11) - B-Cell Depletion Via the BAFF Receptor
    • (17:57) - Type II Anti-CD20
    • (28:20) - Bispecific T-Cell Engagers
    • (32:51) - CAR-T Cells in SLE

B cells play a major role in the pathology of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), and several treatments have focused on blocking activation or depleting large subsets of B cells based on surface markers. From anti-CD20 antibodies to chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, varying depths of B-cell depletion have demonstrated a range of efficacies and durations of response. In addition, these treatments vary in administration, preparation, ease of use, and potential adverse effects. The faculty will provide an engaging discussion on the categories of emerging B-cell therapies and their potential use in SLE.
