Welcome to the MendHER Podcast, a faith-centered space focused on healing the little girl to restore the woman through centering Christ and nurturing our body, mind, and soul. MendHer is a faith-centered podcast dedicated to honest conversations about healing, growth, and the real work it takes to become the woman you were always meant to be. At its core, MendHer explores how childhood experiences shape the way we love, trust, communicate, and navigate relationships as adults.

Hosted by a mother–daughter duo, the podcast creates a unique and powerful space where two generations come together to reflect, learn, and grow. Through open and vulnerable conversations, they explore their own journeys of healing through a spiritual, emotional, and mental lens to nurture their inner child to become the woman God called them to be.

Their goal is not only to grow personally but also to encourage other mothers and daughters and women in general to begin similar conversations, creating opportunities for deeper understanding, forgiveness, and connection within their own relationships.

Each episode blends personal experiences, thoughtful discussion, biblical reflection, and practical guidance that empowers women to break unhealthy cycles and build healthier relationships with themselves, with others, and with God.

  • S1Ep2: The Art of Attachment
    May 17 2026

Why do we cling to people who hurt us? Why does vulnerability feel unsafe for some of us while others fear being alone? In this episode of MendHER, we explore how childhood wounds, emotional experiences, and relationship patterns shape the way we attach to others.

We discuss anxious attachment, avoidance, fear of abandonment, emotional unavailability, and the healing required to build secure, healthy connections. Through honest conversation, reflection, and faith-centered encouragement, we unpack what it means to stop surviving in relationships and start healing within them.

This episode is a reminder that healing attachment wounds starts with awareness, honesty, grace, and choosing not to abandon yourself in the process.

If you’ve ever struggled with letting people in, holding on too tightly, needing constant reassurance, or feeling emotionally disconnected, this conversation is for you.

  • S1Ep1: The Art of Letting Go
    May 10 2026

Welcome to the MendHER Podcast, where we are focusing on healing the little girl to restore the woman. We do this by centering Christ and nurturing our body, mind, and soul.

In our first episode, The Art of Letting Go, we dive into the emotional weight of holding on, whether it’s holding on to people, relationships, habits, or past versions of ourselves. Through honest conversation and personal stories, we explore how our inner child often drives our inability to release what no longer serves us, especially when rooted in fear of abandonment, loss, or change .

We talk about why letting go feels so difficult, from emotional attachment and comfort in familiarity to the fear of the unknown. We also reflect on real-life moments when we had to choose growth over comfort, and how those decisions shaped the women we are becoming.

Throughout the episode, we break down the signs that it may be time to let go, challenge the idea that staying is always a form of loyalty, and reframe letting go as an act of self-love rather than loss.

This episode is ultimately about releasing what drains you so you can step into alignment, peace, and the version of yourself that God has called you to be. Join us on this healing journey to heal our inner child to restore the woman.
