    Ingredients
    • 1.5 oz Gin
    • 0.5 oz Blue Curaçao
    • 0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
    • 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
    • Top with Sparkling Water
    • Garnish: Lemon twist + edible silver shimmer
    Instructions
    1. In a shaker, combine gin, Blue Curaçao (if using), lemon juice, and simple syrup with ice.
    2. Shake well until chilled.
    3. Strain into a highball or martini glass over fresh ice.
    4. Top with a splash of sparkling water.
