This is my special episode and one I wanted to record from before I started the podcast. Depsite not having anyone in my family associated, I have loved horses from a very young age. From donkey rides in Blackpool, to watching horse racing on tv with my dad to visiting horse sanctuaries, sponsoring horses as a student and doing a horse experiences. So it was literally a dream come true 6 years ago when I was able to own a horse and learn more about being an owner as well as a rider.

I am joined by a lovely person Sarah Williamson, through us both being on the same coaching programme and very much enjoyed listening to her years of experience with horses and now as she steps into her new chapter as a coach for horse owners and riders. For all you equestrians out there - saddle up and look forward to a great ride!
