I just went live on Instagram for an hour (!) and answered all the questions people brought about the Garbage Post Challenge, creating content, and selling.

Listen to hear more about:

• How to use the Garbage Post Challenge during a launch
• What to do with the fear that nobody will resonate with what you believe
• How to get comfortable asking people to sign up or buy
• How to make your content clearer so people understand what you do
• How to make selling more enjoyable — for you and your buyers
• What to do with the fear of getting banned for being yourself online
• What to do when writing captions feels like a chore
• How to reach potential customers when it’s mostly friends interacting with your posts

Get comfy, and listen.

Listen to hear more about:

• Why every successful business is built on a giant pile of UMMs
• How fear of rejection keeps you from making offers and taking up space
• Why avoiding marketing discomfort actually keeps you stuck
• The 20-UMM challenge — and how to try it yourself

Go ahead. Collect 20 UMMs in 30 days.

It'll be awkward. And 100% worth it.
