    Apr 1 2026

Happy Easter! In this epidsode we talk with our dear friend Laurie who opens up and shares her very personal journey of how she came closer to Jesus Christ. Laurie shares with us how we can walk daily with Him and about "divine orchestrating" or how we can see God's hand in our daily lives.

We also discuss Easter traditions and how to make Easter truely centered on Jesus Christ. In addition we also discuss our church's semi annual General Conference, and which talks stood out to us and why. (please note: it was recorded last April).

  • What's Eating You?
    Jan 13 2025

In this episode we talk to McKenna who shares about her life changing weight loss journey in which she lost 85 pounds. She shares how this journey and all she has learned through it has blessed her life. McKenna takes a more individualistic and spiritual approach to weight loss. As we take our struggles with weight and health to the Lord, he will help us to find the solutions. Sometimes we need to get to the root cause of why we're not able to lose weight or why we're gaining weight, or what else may be going on and address that first. What works for some people may not be the answer for others. In this more personal way we can discover what will ultimately help us on our journey to become healthier and stronger.

We want to thank McKenna for coming on and talking to us and sharing her health journey with us in such a raw and real way. We had so much fun and loved talking to her! You definitely don't want to miss this episode which really can be applied to most of us as we all seek to be healthier! McKenna does a 12 week course to help people on their weight loss journey and mentors people to help them find their own solutions.
