Faith works because God is faithful, not because the process of believing has been perfected. Rooted in Mark 5, this message walks a dusty road where two desperate people meet one faithful Jesus. Jairus’s status bought him nothing. A woman’s twelve years of shame disqualified her from nothing. Her uncleanness didn’t flow into Him; His power flowed into her. When the report came, “your daughter is dead,” Jesus gave a greater one. Fear and faith both respond to a report. Which one are you walking home with? Don’t be afraid. Only believe.

Everything turns on two words: but God. Rooted in Ephesians 2, this message traces what God did to get His people standing in Christ. Not sick. Not struggling. Dead, until mercy reached in. Three moves mark the journey: dead to alive, far to near, stranger to family. The gospel is not self-improvement, because a dead man can’t be coached. Grace opened the door. Faith walks through it. Not a new leaf but a new life, crafted on purpose as God’s workmanship. Stop auditioning. Stop living outside the house. Live like you’re alive.

Many believers live in a mansion and sleep in the garage. This message opens the In Christ series in Ephesians 1, where Paul repeats two words eleven times. "In" is a location, not an effort — every spiritual blessing sits at one address. Chosen in Him, adopted beyond undoing, redeemed from the slave market, sealed like a king's letter, and hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3). Finished is what He did. In Christ is where it leaves you. The Christian life is not a ladder to climb. It's a house to live in. Get off the ladder. Say thank you.
