Working away is hard on a marriage but it's not the FIFO arrangement destroying your connection, it's the missing plan. In this episode we break down exactly how high-achieving FIFO couples stay connected through fly in fly out work arrangements, and how to build a coming home agreement that actually works.

In this episode:
Why both partners in a FIFO relationship are struggling and why fighting over "who has it harder" is a lose-lose battle
The five minute coffee check in framework for long distance marriage communication that replaces logistics talk with real connection
How to build a coming home agreement that stops the role-switching chaos and resentment when your partner walks back through the door
Why missing each other is a gift in FIFO couples therapy and how to use distance to bring back spark instead of letting it become a wedge
