    Well, howdy, howdy, and welcome to Hooked on Oregon!

    We’re coming to you live with your host Cam Parry and ridin’ shotgun, Mark Mattecheck, bringing you another packed show full of Oregon outdoor talk, local stories, and a whole lot of good company.

    Today, we’ll kick things off with John Kruse from America Outdoors, joining us to talk about the NOWA Awards. Then we’ll welcome Chefs Chris and Liz Hendrickson for a flavorful conversation about teas, tinctures, and tonics.

    Our ravishing roving reporter, Mel Campbell, will be in studio with the latest from around the community, and Mark Mattecheck will give us the scoop on upcoming events at North Bend Lanes.

    Later in the show, we’ll check in with Handsome Josh from Englund Marine, hear the Millstead gardening report from Dana Mills, and talk antique fishing tackle with Dan Brock from D & K Collectibles.

    We’ll also be joined by Denise McInturff from the BLM Coos Bay District to talk about the beautiful and historic Hinsdale Rhododendron Garden, and we’ll visit with Richard “Rick” Coleman, candidate for Coos County Commissioner, Position 3.

    Hooked on Oregon Radio Show Update – Another Great Lineup This Week!

    Hooked on Oregon is back with Cam Parry, ridin’ shotgun with Mark Mattecheck, for another packed show full of outdoor talk, local updates, and great guests. This week kicks off with John McCollum and the Fur & Feathers report, followed by Bob Bailey, Board Chair of the Elakha Alliance, with an update on sea otters and their importance to Oregon’s coastal ecosystem.

    Mel Campbell, our Ravishing Roving Reporter, joins us with local happenings, and Mark Mattecheck will share upcoming North Bend Lanes events. We’ll also check in with Handsome Josh from Englund Marine, then welcome John Kruse from America Outdoors for a fishing report and a look at the Bass Angler Magazine Tournament Trail.
