The dog days are over! It's September and Juan Soto is back. Oh, it's so good to see him. He is being delusional and he is wearing a Lisa Frank-style multi-hued neon leopard-print cap. Diva! Love you.

This week on Hits Different, Dave and Kait say farewell to Luis Robert Jr. and welcome back to Swaggy V, who, as you may recall, conveniently broke his hand 1 week before the trade deadline. Our Mets! We're going to miss them so much.

We're without Dave this week, so it took 10 tries to turn the microphones on. Next week we'll be without Ellen, but plus Dave, and I'm sure we'll struggle with something else (probably our senses of style and joie de vivre).
