This is a fantastic series of discussions. I listened to one episode every morning while taking a walk. I wish I could listen to more episodes from them. They present with joyful voices that is so warm. It's also interesting how they organize the delivery. You get to listen to know what they know about a topic, a discussion from an expert in the field on that topic, a scientific study, and presenters trying out some methods for a week and giving the feedback. Such a nice way to keep the curiosity on top.
