Jack Osbourne was one of the world’s first reality stars. As the son of rock legends, Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne, he grew up in the spotlight. Then, when his family let MTV into their home for The Osbournes, eight million people got a front row seat to his teenage years.

But growing up in the spotlight wasn’t always easy. In this conversation, Jack reflects on being dragged into bars at 16, struggling with addiction and the moment he began turning his life around.

Now a dad of five, Jack reflects on how far he’s come, the recent heartbreak of losing his dad, Ozzy and he shares why he wants to keep Ozzy’s legacy alive with AI.

In this conversation Jack shares:

• What life was really like at the height of The Osbournes
• The best thing about his dad, Ozzy
• How fame and alcohol helped him rebel as a teenager
• Why living with MS doesn’t scare him
• How he hopes to keep Ozzy’s legacy alive with AI

Jack is a reminder that who you were when you were younger doesn’t have to define who you become.

Rob Rinder first came into our lives as Judge Rinder, Britain’s answer to Judge Judy, and we quickly fell in love with his quick wit and intelligence.

Since then, the criminal barrister turned broadcaster has won a BAFTA with Rylan Clark for Rob and Rylan’s Grand Tour, been awarded an MBE for his work in Holocaust education, and written Sunday Times bestselling novels.

But long before he walked into the courtroom, Rob dreamed of becoming an actor.

In this Great Moment, Rob opens up about how he created a different version of himself to fit in, why he walked away from what he thought was his life’s calling, and what came next.

Tinie Tempah made his name as a pioneer of the grime scene. Over the past 15 years, he’s built an incredible career, racking up more than five billion streams and giving us iconic hits like Pass Out, Miami 2 Ibiza and Girls Like.

I was so excited to sit down with him on Great Company. And one thing that really stuck with me was just how much he has always believed that he'd be successful.

But for Tinie, that's not just been wishful thinking. He’s always had a clear vision for his life and been intentional about making it happen. Winning at life has always been the goal and that means embracing failures, learning lessons and being open to new opportunities.

In this conversation Tinie shares:

• How he manifested his music career

• What his mum taught him about hard work and success

• His fear of being a one hit wonder

• Why he stepped back from music for nine years - and what’s brought him back

• The secret track he produced for Drake

This conversation is a reminder that believing in yourself is the first step to achieving anything.
