IT system beware, hackers can be anywhere!

This goes on about the misconception of hackers being the stereotypical loners, explorers the idea of the ethical practices of hiring criminals for cyber security purposes after they have committed a crime but may be best to deal with just issue due to their background and expertise's and how they think and shows why the dark web is the place to execute such practices.
