Ernestine is the very definition of a glamorous granny. Her hair is always neatly tied into a long, steel grey braid that stretches down her back. Her cap, top and leggings all match, right down to the colour of the frills on her socks. But it’s not dresses that the 84 year-old Ernestine likes to wear. It’s lycra.

Being over 80yrs, realised I wasn’t the only ancient oldie hooked on games, in my loneliness this was great. I was mentally fascinated from the very first, build-it-yourself computer when realising what a few noughts & ones could bring alive, mm loads of 0000s + 1111s. Wow a brand new Hthank obby using maths and a bit of cokum so much could be achieved and has since 1985… Thank goodness Shirley has made me realise I am normal,,, perhaps!
