Mel is authentic and what she says is so practical anyone can do what she recommends. I'm a person that likes to visualise things so listening to the first podcast when she talks about the beach, I'm there! Looking at those waves and now, whenever I'm at a beach I will be thinking about what the waves are like and where my happiness is and what I need to do about it and when I'm not there, I can visualise it and can think about my happiness and what's going on. Thanks Mel.
