The family goes home.  Dad reflects on the difficult weeks in the hospital and is optimistic that, with hard times behind them, the family can move forward and celebrate the little things.

The family continues to face difficult challenges at the hospital.  Meanwhile, Hendrix is over the moon about preschool!  Dad learns a lesson in putting his family first, always.  And... there is good news for Joni.

The family faces a crisis and spends weeks in the hospital.   There is a lot of uncertainty and worry in the air.  Dad tries to find solace in routine... even if that routine happens to be new.

Hendrix stays up late for fireworks.  Dad and Mommy are Sleepless in Cleveland.  Plus, Dad struggles to understand how anyone actually does all this... any of this.  

Dad goes on a trail running adventure for the weekend and returns with clearer perspective and sore legs.  Hendrix wishes Dad a Happy Father's Day with a little help from Mommy.  

The family moves into their new house.  Hendrix explores empty spaces and finds surprising things.  

In the final episode of Season 1, Spring is on the doorstep as Dad talks creative process and the future of Dad Weather.   Dad discusses the origins of Dad Weather and the seeds planted by Norwegian author Karl Ove Knausgaard.   There are new things on the horizon for Season 2.

Dad considers two versions of his life and wonders how they might combine.  Dad and son visit a place Dad rarely goes to anymore, and... a newborn gets to know her father.
