There are lots of Americanisms and anachronisms here. 'Catch a show', a policeman giving a prisoner a cup of coffee not a mug of tea, use of 'math', an American steam locomotive whistle and others become tiresome. It's a shame because the story sounds good.

Great riveting drama, an interesting interpretation. I would definitely listen to more. Word count word count.

Having read all incarnations of Sherlock Holmes and I mean ALL, please do not listen to the poor reviews. I admit it took me a couple of episodes - but all in all is a refreshing take on the famous detective. It is one of the most original takes on Conan Doyle’s characters & setting. I’m fact I would argue one would only appreciate this if they were a true Holmes fan.
