**Episode 12 with Debbie Harrell

Debbie Harrell has spent the past 30 years raising her children and trying to be a good human, volunteering in her community & separating her garbage. She is a life-long learner and loves investigating and analyzing; often to a fault. She is especially interested in the way people live, stories of resiliency and finding opportunities in the obstacles. She claims to be the best problem-solver ever, mainly because she has made many mistakes in life, but has learned something from every one!!

When she found herself unemployed in early 2020 due to covid, she decided it was time to do something she has always wanted to do…start her own business. The middle of a world-wide pandemic is the perfect time, right? It was obvious that there were huge shifts happening all around, and many people were feeling overwhelmed by all the uncertainty, so Debbie set out to find a way to help. She was fascinated by what the world was experiencing and was certain there was a way to take more of an active role in shaping what our future looked like.

She founded the New World Normal as a way to help people. NWN is a brand and community focused on creating a better normal via Intentional Living. NWN organization is comprised of (1) an online shop where you can find Intentional Apparel to help you move mindfully through your days (2) A growing community collective who meet regularly to discuss Intentional Living and how it can have a positive effect on the world around us, and coming in Spring 2021 a podcast. It is her hope that NWN will become a movement a way for us all to take charge and create a better normal to serve all of humanity.

**Episode 11 with Nancy Cleveland from We Create your Sunshine

I am the daughter of a U.S. Naval Commander (deceased) and an early stage computer department Manager. I am also the younger sister of an Army Black Hawk Ranger who was killed in action during a hostage rescue mission in Mogadishu, Somalia. This heroic mission was depicted in a well-known book and movie entitled "Black Hawk Down". As a Gold Star family member, I have developed the utmost respect for those who have sacrificed their lives to give and protect our freedom.

On a more upbeat note, I am a highly educated professional who is dedicated to her family, her community, and serving others in her career. I have a warm and engaging personality that enables me to easily interact with every person I meet, regardless of position.

I'm a Holistic Business Life Coach, Intuitive Eating Counselor, Fitness FUNatic, and I love Blues music and ice cream. My passion is providing solutions to help entrepreneurs start and scale their businesses with strategies, mindset, and nutrition so they can embrace their lives with success and joy. I understand what it feels like to be where they are, I stood there in the once too.

I have been responsible for creating innovative ways to engage and establish a positive culture, systems, and training that will develop feelings of self-worth and empower you to solve problems as you grow your business.
