    Nov 7 2025

A bonus episode. This is a dramatic monologue I wrote and recorded last week, during a particularly overloaded week of horrors, real and fictitious. Don't expect any laughs, I'm serious about my despair for the future of my grandchildren.

The image for this bonus episode is courtesy of The Australian Academy of Science, and you'll find further information at their website https://www.science.org.au/news-and-events/news-and-media-releases/australian-bushfires-why-they-are-unprecedented.

My sister, who lives in Brisbane, Australia, tells me the smell of smoke is all pervading at the moment.
