Beth Copeland is a trailblazer in women’s sports and wellness whose career spans professional wrestling, broadcasting, and now holistic leadership. Known to millions around the world as Beth Phoenix, and The Glamazon, she made history as one of the most dominant competitors in WWE, becoming a multi-time Women’s Champion and one of the youngest performers ever inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.

After her in-ring career, Beth continued to break barriers as the first woman to become a regular on-air broadcaster in WWE’s 60-year history, lending her insight and voice to over 350 episodes of live television and pay-per-view events. Her sharp commentary, storytelling, and creative contributions made her a trusted presence for fans and peers alike.

Today, Beth combines her unique background in performance, brand management, and wellness with a new mission: creating experiences that empower. As CFO and Content Brand Manager for Mountain to Sea Retreats, she designs personalized retreats and educational programs for Veterinarians and other professionals, weaving in her training as a yoga teacher (RYT 200), facilitator, and mentor.
