Customer Support Amazon customer services for Prime:

1. Open the Prime Video app (download it from the app store if not already installed).

2. Select Sign in or Register on the Amazon website.

3. A registration code will appear on your TV screen.

4. On your phone or computer, go to amazon.com/mytv.

5. Sign in with your Amazon credentials.

6. Enter the code from your TV and click Register.

Some LG and Samsung TVs may auto-sign in if they're linked to your Amazon account already.

1. When setting up Fire TV, you'll be asked to log into your Amazon account.

2. If not, go to Settings > My Account > Register.

3. You can enter your Amazon email/password directly on screen (no code required).

4. Alternatively, visit amazon.com/code if prompted with a code.

Start in Your Orders. Track a delayed shipment. Cancel while the order can still be stopped. Change an address only if the button is still there. Split shipments so one box is not treated as a lost order. Have the order ID, seller name, tracking screenshot, carton photos, and payment method ready before chat.

Missing packets: still in transit past the latest date; marked Delivered but nothing at the door — report fast, check family, security, and the delivery photo; box arrived empty or short. Pay on Delivery can follow different rescue rules. Marketplace sellers: message the seller, then A-to-z if they stay silent.

Returns: Your Orders → Return or replace items → reason → pickup, drop-off, or self-ship. One label per return. Keep tags and accessories when the category requires it. Wrong, damaged, or dead on arrival is a fulfilment error, not a change of mind.

Refunds: pickup is not the refund. Initiated is not money in the bank. Check View return/refund status. Amazon Pay is often hours after initiation; UPI, card, and NEFT often take working days. If the order already says refunded, take the reference and ask the bank as well.

Free replacement: same item, same seller, in stock, first time, inside the window — damaged, defective, wrong item, or missing parts. Paid replacement: new order plus refund, another size or colour, extra shipping, or a service-centre path when the free swap is closed. Replacements do not go to a new address.

Prime plans: Full, Lite, Shopping Edition. Free Same-Day and One-Day on eligible pins. Early deals. Manage Prime for billing, failed payment, and auto-renew. Shopping Edition is not full Prime Video.

Support that should work: human handoff, one case owner, written refund clock, night agents who can close the case.
