Daniel and Chad Bird explore two psalms and their connections to Christ. In Psalm 7, David prays for deliverance from false accusations and calls on God to judge justly. In Psalm 8, the focus shifts from the vastness of creation to humanity's place in it, fulfilled ultimately in Jesus, the second Adam. Have a listen.

Daniel, Chad, and Erick explore three sections of Psalm 119 through Martin Luther's pattern for how a theologian is formed: prayer, meditation, and affliction. Their discussion shows how God's Word gives light, leads us to Christ, and anchors faith through suffering. Have a listen.

Daniel and Chad continue through Book One of the Psalms with two Davidic prayers that move from morning worship to tears, repentance, and refuge. They show how these psalms are not only David's words in his own life, but also words fulfilled and prayed by Christ, the Son of David. Have a listen.
