In this episode, we catch up with Pascal McCarthy, CEO of Parados.
Born on the north shore of New Brunswick, Pascal Duchesne McCarthy's passions are simple: learning and teaching. Pascal was inspired to start Parados after an athletics career plagued with injuries, related mental health struggles and seeing friends & family suffer from the consequences of traumatic brain injuries – friends dropping out of university, father’s brain aneurysm, best friend’s struggles stemming from a professional athletic career, etc. His main motivation is to create a better performance and medical ecosystem for the next generation.
Tune in to hear more from Pascal about his path to becoming a startup founder!
