The main characters in this whole series seem to be the survivor of some seriously painful experiences, especially the men. I know these are stories but they are so excellently written that I can't help but escape into their world. Unfortunately, their situations are so relatable to some people real life experiences. I can literally feel Zane's pain as I read.

An enjoyable listen. I like the story and characters have a bit of depth. The author has also NOT gone down the unbelievable fantastical route ie where they are all mega wealthy with ridiculously perfect with totally unbelievable lifestyles.
Keeping it real! 👍 I like these stories but my only critique is that I feel a bit too old to be reading them, particularly the sex scenes as they are supposed to be 18 ish I think…. Feeling slightly uncomfortable 🥴… I didn’t realise at first but was quite a way into the story. Sadly , may not listen to any more as they seem a bit more ‘young adult’ and sadly I’m not 😐
