I originally purchased this but thinking that it would be a Tasfir of Surah Yusuf however I would say that this book is more styled as an accompanying explanation of the Surah. This book is perfect for anyone who struggles with reading Sura Yusuf or for those Who would like a macro perspective of the themes running through the Sura. Although the book is not what I first expected I was not disappointed; I found the narrator and the text itself to be relatable and the way it was delivered made me feel like I was gaining a new perspective. I would definitely recommend reading this book if you are trying to gain more knowledge on this Surah. I rated this book 4 out of five simply because it did not contain enough detail for me personally. I am aware however perhaps I was not the intended audience as the book does state it is not a Tasfir nor an Ayat to Ayat format. are you at.
