I love every single book by Abby Jimenez and this one is no different. Loved all the characters, the story line and the narration is so fabulous by both narrators, very heartfelt.
And what a trooper you are Abby Jimenez, really love the readers note at the end, you’re an inspiration.

This BOOK!!! It’s the first one I got on audible and the first one I’ve finished in six years. It’s hilarious and heartbreaking and like a warm hug!!
You will cry and laugh like a weirdo in Starbucks while listening, it’s definitely worth a go ❤️

I have high functioning anxiety and did not realise how much this book would trigger mine and make it worse. I listened to the audiobook and the narrators were great. However the constant rumination and miscommunication and anxiety was a lot. So be warned.

That being said I absolutely loved Jacob. What a sweet golden retriever MMC.
I so loved how funny and witty Brianna was.

I would give this book a 3.5 stars with the anxiety and angst and depression being super repetitive and triggering. This is just my personal opinion and others with anxiety may not feel triggered.

I do feel that mental health was accurately represented in the book

This is an exceptional and thought-provoking book. As always, Abby Jimenez delivers a compelling story with characters that are relatable and a story line which makes one stop and think. Yet she does so with such a light snd entertaining hand that one never feels 'lectured'. For me, this is her best book yet! The narrators perfectly match the characterisation, adding to the experience, and it is a joy to listen.

So many themes, so sensitively delivered!
