This book is for anyone who feels out of control around food thanks to diet culture. Wonderful book, thank you Lyndi.

Although I have read a few non diet diet books this one feels different. It seems to tackle the subject in a more realistic non judgemental way for me. The body confidence section was particularly helpful. If you have tried loads of diets and still don’t feel happy then I would definitely recommend this book.
