About this listen

Getting a pilot's license was the furthest thing from her mind - until an ex-RAF instructor suggested that she wasn't competent to do so. The thing is, he could be right. Sylvia has just a few weeks to prove that she can fly as well as any man. You Fly Like a Woman tells the story of one woman's search for confidence as she stumbles into a man's world.

I'm already a fan of Sylvia's "fear of landing" website and have looked forward to listening to this book for some time. On the whole I wasn't disappointed.

Pros:

The book is fairly well written with good content and a great recollection of her PPL schooling

Cons:

I found the narration a bit laboured with Molly's attempt at perfect pronuncaition a bit too much at times

Thought it was a too short but there again it didn't drag on like some books with unecessary blurb

Definately recommend this book

Great content but need more
