The advice is not anything new as I’ve been exploring self care books already, yet effective in the soothing voice.

After decades of trying to find the right self-help book that fits with who I am, here it is! I really clicked with this book and I finished it feeling validated and empowered to finally move forward. I will be buying a physical copy of the book so that I can refer to it when my inner critic decides to pay a visit.

FINALLY!!!

Great to boost your confidence
