I like that ovie came out with a book. I am someone in my thirties and I can see that most of the content is relevant for someone younger but there were still very good takeaways that I can definitely look into and apply. I think this book is going to be very good for a younger demographic who face peer pressure or go through the earlier challenges that most adults have faced. I think this will be especially good for young urban population of London or any other similar city/environment where temptation and moral guidance is needed. There should be more celebrities using their platform to help promote self development like what ovie has done here!
