I’ve really enjoyed this second book although not quite so much as the first book. Cole and Jess have to be some of my all time favourite secondary characters in any book I’ve read before though, I absolutely love their quirks. The story in the previous book ended with such a cliffhanger I was really excited to get hold of the next book and maybe I’m just being impatient but I wanted to know more of the secrets going on and a few times felt I wanted to speed on to find out about the elites rather than more training. I’m so in suspense 😂 definitely going to have to listen to the next book to find out what is going on. I know some things and the end of this book was certainly a very interesting twist but I want to know more!
