There should be more to life than just surviving, even in a postapocalyptic world gone to hell.

A lonely 18-year-old, Kris Robertson left his mountain hideaway only to discover a deserted city of isolated individuals scrambling over the debris. Realizing the only safety is in a community working together, Kris and his collected band of misfits create a sanctuary on the rooftops of the city. A place away from the wild animals and wilder men. Unfortunately anything good, anything of value, will be coveted by others. Kris and his friends must fight to save what they have built or run and never be a family again.

The story is ok prob for YA but the narrator is absolute dog 💩 Without a doubt the worst I've ever heard.

If it wasn’t for a promise of a review I wouldn’t have continued listening to this one right from the start !!!
This book is all Cons:
It started by being told that this book was writing by a very good author named Nate Johnson but no it was written By G. L. Snodgrass an awful writer.
I was shown a book cover that don’t exist ( different picture, different names ).
And then the awful super fast narrating by a kid named Tyler coachran.

I wouldn’t recommend
