Summary

In this third edition of her international hit time management book, Work Less, Do More, sociologist/productivity and relationship coach and expert Dr. Jan Yager offers a 7-day plan to get more done in less time. This revised and updated book covers everything from assessing how productive you are right now, goal setting, and prioritizing, to getting over procrastination, perfectionism, poor planning and pacing; nine other time wasters; organizing and decluttering; teaching time management to your children and teens; work-life balance; and lots more. Well-written, and filled with anecdotes, examples, and self-quizzes, Dr. Yager also shares the results of her recent surveys of more than 250 men and women on their time challenges, strengths, and preferred productivity tools.

Not helpful or interesting, immature, outdated

I felt that she was writing this for a teenager—not an advanced methodology or intelligent approach. It’s like her intended audience is people with no common sense. And it is not suitable to an audio book as there are lots of quizzes with yes, no, maybe. From the very first chapter it has been
painful to listen and I only got through half the book before not being able to stand listening to anymore.
