I love yoga because it sustains your body, it’s healthy for your bones, and it helps you live longer. If something happens to you, you won’t feel so much pain because the pain will be less. I love the audiobook because the author has done a great job researching techniques to help women feel good about themselves and burn a significant amount of fat, allowing us to feel more energetic, as most of us are very busy with life.
