Ein lange erwartetes Buch

Nachdem ich mit Interesse so viele Erzählungen über die Vorkriegszeit, den Krieg, die letzte Zeit vor der Kapitulation und das Kriegsende gelesen, gehört, und auf Film gesehen habe, konnte ich mich sehr über dieses Buch erfreuen. Nüchtern und durcherforscht wird hier beschrieben, was mich immer gewundert hat: Was kam und geschah, und wie kamen die Deutschen und die Gesellschaft nach der höllischen Stunde Null raus aus der Misere?!
