enjoying this series beginning. the heroin isn't annoying which is a bonus. the character personality are desirable and I can't wait to learn more. I love a good under dog so I'm rooting for Emmory. on to the next one.

I literally got this book because of its beautiful cover. and I didn't regret it. A strong female main character in a epic adventure. And the slow burn 🔥 gosh! The yearning and tension were delicious. But this is definitely not a book full of smex at all, but we do get a ton of other kind of action. In fact, this isnt a real rh as she doesn't really gets together with any of them ( there are some kisses and wondering thoughts, but is it). Hopefully we'll get the full rh experience in the next book.
Narration is excellent, it's impossible not to give Aaron Shedlock 5✨

I enjoyed book 1 & 2.
The last 2 books could have been 1. Tbh, with the books only being around 6hours reading time, I’m a little annoyed to have used credits for each.

The MFC was strong, the other characters and story promise enjoyable the first couple of books.
For me I was annoyed with it all by end of book 3 and through book 4 (I’d got so far and I struggle not finishing a story). There’s repetitive wording and if the word ‘mates’ was used one more time… *eye roll*

If you’re into multiple mates and ok with excess POV internal dramatic opinion sharing you’ll be OK to the end.
