Death tried to do them part.
When Shanna O'Connell marries Simon Montague in an at-first-sight wedding during a magical night in Vegas, she believes the charming tech CEO would finally be the one to break the centuries-old curse placed upon her family—a curse that makes everyone forget Shanna. Instead of delivering on his promise of future dates and happily ever afters, though, Simon dies in a car accident. There's only one thing Shanna can do: cast a spell to bring him back.
Simon returns, healthy and perfectly living—but with three years and his memories of Shanna gone. The only thing he wants is to recover the reputation of his company, his life's work, but a supernatural bond is making him and Shanna attached at the hip—and the infuriatingly bubbly woman is the personification of Murphy's law.
The two will have to recover a long-lost heirloom on a journey to New Zealand, but much more than a treasure hunt awaits them on their adventure. Shanna will have to face the darkest side of her family curse, and Simon will have to decide what means more to him: the company that got him through the worst, or the ever-optimistic, adorable witch who might have enchanted his heart . . . again.
