After everything Daniel had been through with his ex best friends he was hard to trust anyone and that included Shawn his bosses son. Shawn went out if his way to what seemed like annoy Daniel but that wasn’t his motive he really liked Daniel. When they arrange a get away to Shawn’s dad’s cabin with friends they end up getting snowed in alone and even though Daniel wants to stay away from Shawn things change and they end up getting closer. Daniel was the epitome of grumpiness although i understood why i really felt for Shawn the way Daniel treated him.

Reread as audiobook. Very good narration, making a good book even better.
Story - 4.5 stars. A very definite dislike between the characters, making the enemies-to-lovers label fit quite well, the best I've read with that label in quite some time. Daniel's traumas and trust issues were really well portrayed. Shawn was a bit over the top trying to help at times, but it was really touching that he realised that Daniel needed more support than he could offer by himself.

Winter is my favorite season of the Seasons of Change series. Daniel and Shawn's story is highly emotional and gripping. I'm so glad that Daniel has finally found his person after all that went on in Summer of You. 


This book can be read as a standalone, but I recommend reading Summer of You and Fall of Us first. I can't wait to read the final season with Aiden and Joe.  


The audiobook is even better. I love Oliver's slightly husky voice which takes on a throaty tone in the spicy scenes.

This Enemies to Lovers MM snowed in romance, focuses on work colleagues Daniel & Shawn. They share a friendship group & their snarky relationship had me anticipating their story. I was not disappointed. The Seasons of Change series just keeps getting better. I loved learning more about them and seeing how their relationship developed.

Oliver Williams does an amazing job. They portray distinct voices for Daniel & Shawn with nuances for their different emotions.

I loved Daniel and Shawn! All their miscommunication or in Shawn's case "I like so I'll tease you" made the story that much better when all the layers were stripped back.
These two were so much more than they presented and each had their own issues, depths and flaws. They compliment and challenge each other. Their forced proximity allowed them to open up and communicate (I love when characters communicate). Even when it was hard, they tried and that was a joy to read.
I love this misfit crew and look forward to Aiden and Joe's story!
