Summary

A 15-year-old first-time hunter and her father go missing on the first day of hunting season. Narration Made Me Quit

The story was slow and pretty uneventful, but the real issue was the narrator. His voice went high-low-high-low every few words until I felt seasick. Wanted to stick with the story until it started moving, but couldn't with that style of narration.

Could not finish this

The story line was improbable, the writing read at about a 6th grade level. If this is the author's first book, I hope he gets better.
