This book will accompany me for a long time in my life, especially since it's about surfing and surfing is me. I recommend it. One of the best female characters, strong, brave, speaks what she feels. This book did so much good for my heart that it leaves me with a huge smile on my face even after I finished the book the second time I read it. Wow, I'm mesmerized, really :)

Fantastic Story

Can I just start by saying how amazing the narrators were, simply fantastic.
Now about the story, it's really well written, in normal circumstances I would DFN when it came to them being involved, she was a minor, but narrators were doing an amazing job. Still, I can't get past the fact that the author would romanticize statutory rape. Mention it, maybe for the sake of the story development, but it's just icky as a grown woman to read about a minor having sex. I'm no pedophile , so this is my major ick in books that aren't YA, I stay away from those if spicy. But I 'm still curious about other books from her, fingers crossed this was a one off .
