Loved this! The best audio book experience since i began with Audible 5 years ago. Amazing characters, brilliant plot, great writing, superb (the best ever) narration. What's not to love.?

Linda LaPlante never disappoints, and the storyline is compelling. I had several very late nights on the 'just one more chapter' principle. But what makes this audiobook exceptional is the narrator, Annie Aldington. She is amazing, and manages a unique and distinctive accent for each of the many characters, male and female. Fantastic, and very enjoyable.

I never saw the tv series so wasn’t sure what to expect, but knowing what a great writer Lynda La Plante is I decided to give this book a listen. And I wasn’t disappointed. Right from the start I was willing Dolly to succeed in her plan to rob a security van - whether she succeeded, you will have to listen to find out.

To recommend this book to you, I have now started on the second book & have also downloaded the final book in this series.

Loved this book the detail that went into the robbery following her husband's plans to the letter and pulling off the robbery that her husband failed to complete, but then Harry Rawlings is a coward leaving his gang to die and making out he was dead also, Dolly is a good and caring leader, narration was good and set the scene of the characters and storyline
