Summary

Belimai Sykes is many things: a Prodigal, the descendant of ancient demons, a creature of dark temptations and rare powers. He is also a man with a brutal past and a dangerous addiction.

original story, well written.

narration was very clear but rather flat in tone at times
the alternative world was recognisable and the issues addressed were relevant to lots of places andi historical eras.
well told tale.

Enjoyable Story

A well written story with and interesting  concept.  The characters are likeable and the narration is very good.
