I found all of the timelines jumping around, without any real explanation, to be not only annoying but also confusing and off-putting to read and listen to!

It actually completely ruined my enjoyment of Wicked and Ruby's story. There was no real explanation for Skully, Victor, or the Bratva.🤷🏻‍♀️ Then, there were all the fake deaths.🙄 What happened to Ruby near the end was just gratuitous violence for the sake of it, at that point!

All in all, compared to 'Sicko', this was a complete letdown in quality and content for me. I'm sure it hit differently for others, though.🤷🏻‍♀️

The narrators were ok. I might feel swayed by the content, sorry.😟

I loved every second of this book. It was shocking, I find a lot of book predictable but the twists in this I was shocked. I loved it and loved wicked. I want more.

I really enjoyed the beginning and the end of the book, the bulk of the middle I spent most of it really confused about what was happening and thinking I missed chapters or maybe a prequel, all the answers were given to you in the end. This could have been a really amazing story but there was way to much going of and way to many characters that were never fully introduced, I feel like this story could have been broken down into another book and it could have gone deeper into the plot and building up a characters and making them feel like real people instead of just background.

I love Amo Jones and this book didn't disappoint. There were some times I got confused with what was happening, but felt everything was answered at the end. The love/ hate relationship between the main characters was great.
