Summary
Penguin presents the unabridged downloadable audiobook edition of Why You? by James Reed, narrated by James Reed.
Revised and updated for 2017, with 10 extra tech questions.
You can't prepare an answer for every interview question. So, of the thousands of questions they might ask, which ones will they ask?
Why You? is based on direct input from hundreds of top interviewers in Reed's unrivalled recruitment network. It offers powerful preparation techniques, the lowdown on how to answer the most common questions and - above all - how to adopt a winning mind-set that will help you succeed on the day. From classic questions like 'tell me about yourself' and 'what are your greatest weaknesses?' to puzzlers like 'sell me this pen' and 'how many traffic lights are there in London?', James Reed reveals what interviewers are really asking.

Great for preparation
Just finished listening to this and it is packed with great pointers. I would highly recommend getting yourself a pen and paper to take notes as part of your preparation, or, get the Kindle version also. The book is full of great questions, however a key part is the 15 questions that, in their variations, cover the broad topics that an interviewer is likely going to want to know. Have those nailed down and you should have the confidence to give you the edge for the rest of the interview.

This has been a boon to my interviews. I was offered two jobs in the space of two weeks of listening to how to answer interview questions and it took the fear out of the process. The format is easy to follow and James Reed's performance is spot on. Thank you

Why you gave us some brilliant ideas
I just thought I give a 4 star, the reason why was his voice was not upbeat enough for this particular book..
This book Will certainly give you a lot ideas about interview technique, but it's an incredible book but awfully long.
But it worth taking the time to learn some of the questions that you might get asked in interview, so get ahead buy the book

Worth a listen.
Although I didn't agree with everything said in this book, for the most part it was very helpful.
Hearing example answers, which you can use to structure your own was key for me.
I didn't send a thank you email after the interview, personally, I feel this makes you sound desperate, not keeping yourself fresh in their mind.
