It is not possible to share the incredible relief I feel right now after listening to this amazing book. I am, I mean was, a people pleaser. It happened to me in my youth, stemming, I believe, from being an only child with unhappy parents. I was a peacemaker and a people pleaser. I can see where this followed me through my career in corporate America and also in my marriage.

This amazing workbook gave me fabulous strategies and the ability and importance of saying NO. This is such a fantastic relief. The author helped me set priorities and lessen the overwhelming burdens I was putting on myself. This book is transformational. I really mean it. My communication is also more transparent, defines boundaries and is very forthright.

The narration was very well done. Pleasant to listen to. I never got bored or distracted. Grab this book! It is going to change your life.

After talking with my doctor and realizing menopause is coming up quicker than I thought, I really wanted to understand what’s happening with my body. This book lays it all out in a way that actually makes sense. It goes into stuff like hot flashes, sleep issues, mood changes, weight, digestion, and even intimacy. I liked that it included natural options along with medical ones, so I could see the full picture. There’s also info on bone health and emotional well-being, which I hadn’t thought about.
