The book has been a pleasure to listen to, the pacing is very different as in everything happens within a month (a guess) as opposed to month, years and decades that normally pass by in books. The main thing I have a gripe with is Kentons selfishness. I mean up untill the very end when !SPOILER! the diem is saved he says ”I did it” whereas he wouldn’t have ever managed without his companions. I was also left feeling bad for Aarik, that part didn’t get better after what happened to him.
