All the cars in the world turn into horses and buggies overnight. Commuters don’t have enough horse sense to drive them on modern freeways. Electronic stop-and-go lights are no more. Chimpanzees sit on top of wooden poles directing traffic with "stop" and "go" signs. Capuchin monkeys donning baseball caps embroidered with the letters GPS point directions for drivers.
