I had heard of Russ from his Radical Candor days without knowing much more about him until I heard him speak on the Coaching for Leaders podcast.

The audiobook was brilliant, the perfect balance between content and stories/examples to back up. Russ’ reading himself is engaging, funny and frank, I loved it.
